Think big and kick ass 226-267

This chapter was focused on the issue of money overall and protecting your assets. It was all based around marriages though and was titled “I love you, sign this”. Trump talked about his marriages in the past and how he had a prenuptial agreement for all of them which protected his assets. He used statistics such as 58% percent of marriages end up in a divorce and mentions that while it might not be the most romantic thing to do, in the event of a breakup it can save you from the ugly legal battles over money that could arise. There was one example he used which was kind of surreal where a rich and powerful person kept marrying and divorcing women and each time the person had to pay $50 million.

I am very surprised about his marriages, Donald lost a big amount of money just because of divorced. I never think that the a person like Donald can lost a big amount of money as easy as chicken feed. I think he should has contract with his wife about marriage and money because he can lost his money again when he divorce his new wife

P185~P254 Dongjin

Janie is staying with Hannah after Hannah found her. Hannah has a cat Moishe. Janie and Moishe became good friends. And Hannah brought good news to Janie that she’s off the suspect list. Someone who works in the inn gave her an alibi. Also, Norman is off the suspect because he was hit by the killer. Here, Hannah has few questions. Did Mayor Bascomb really have a girlfriend? How had Alex and Janie became such good friends on such short acquaintance? And the final question is that what’s going on Greg these days? He told Hannah that he was trading stock on-line, but his computer had been broken for over two weeks.

I think Greg is the killer because he appeared in chapter 1 and didn’t show up after that. And finally, he appeared again in chapter 26. I think there’s no reason Greg is in the story. The only reason that he’s in the story is that because he’s the suspect. I’m really sure he’s the killer because he acts suspiciously.

My Sister's KeeperPg203-250

Julia and Campbell can't find Anna and her family anywhere. When they are in a cafe shop, Campbell receives a phone call which comes from Anna, she says that she's in police station. Jesse stole a car which is belong to Judge Newbell. Anna wants Campbell to get Jesse out and he does.Campbell brings Anna home. Brian invites him to drink a coffe, he wants to talk to him without Sarah surrounds him. Campbell is color-blind and that's why he left Julia, but Julia seems has never forgotten him. Campbell is angry with Anna because she changes her mind so often, which makes everyone confused and cannot understand what she really wants. Anna blows, she is sick of being a guinea pig, nobody asking her how she feels about all this, but she's never sick enough for this family.

Oh~~~~Finally, I reach 250 pages!!!ahahahahh~~~~Please allow me to scream because I'm too happy about this. During the process of reading this book, I was enjoyed reading it but also feel painful because of its organization. This is the most difficult English book that I've ever had.In conclusion, I strongly recommend that anyone who thinks their English is very good should really read this book. Because some parts of the book I don't really understand, I'm thinking to buy a traditional Chinese version.By the way, even though I don't finish the book, I know the ending. It is sad ending... It doesn't matter that Anna wins her lawsuit or not, she's always the loser. If she wins, she will has her body right but lose her sister and she will always live in her remorse:she kills her sister. If she lose, she has to transplant her kidny for her sister and always suffering from her parens' neglect.

Roll of Thunder,Hear My Cry Pg218-254

My summary:
Last chapter, we talked about that author` s father got hurt. Then, in the second day, Mr. Morrison saw him. And he went to the market to buy some stuff. During the road, he met a white man who was driving a truck. Then the man defied the Mr. Morrison. So he was fighting with the white man. Mr. Morrison beat the white man so terrible. Then he went home. After he was at home, author` s grandmother said that they would repay it. Mr. Morrison would get into the trouble. Then he said that he did it, he assumed it. Then their revival was coming, during the meeting, author and her brothers met T.J. with his fellows. T. J. looks very good since he had leaved author and his brothers. Then one night, T.J. hurry to go author` s house. But he got hurt so terrible. Then author knew about that he was hurt by his fellows. Because they was going to steal the pistol in a store. Then they kill the storekeeper. After this event, T. J. was going tell everyone about this. But his fellow knew that he would do this. So they were beating him with savage blows until he could not stand, then flung him into the back of the truck and went down the street to the pool hall. So they would send him to home......
My response:
I already read these chapters. I felt that the world is going to be crazy. Although I haven` t finished this book, I can know that this story is so sad. According to the title about "Roll of Thunder, Hear My cry", they will have a cruel rencontre. Author` s father got hurt, T.J. got hurt. They all can prove the society that is unfair. I hope that the world will have peace and benevolence. Do not be like this story. These lovely children met so terrible benevolence. Well, I still hope that the end of the story will have a good final...

Think big and kick ass 190-225

The main idea it seem was how you can’t let what others say about you whether it be a bad comment or a good comment affect you as you need to determine your image yourself. Not getting too caught up with good comments was kind of an interesting twist as I don’t usually hear people say that. Basically, if people start saying you are the best and that you can never fail for example, believing that as if it is written in stone can cause you to be unprepared for disasters or at the same time cause you to lose focus. He used an example of his old employee who is Carolyn Kepcher and how appearing on the Apprentice has caused her to get a big head as she didn’t do her job as effectively anymore but rather focus in profiting around her new found fame. As a result, he had to get rid of her.

This chapter just every last chapter that i have read before, it was very interesting. I like the story about Carolyn Kepcher, she was a good employee but she she just lost her focus for a minute and she lost her job. From this story i think Donald Trump is not a easy person, and i can learn a new thing from this chapter which is when we do something we need to focus on it
